🕒 Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ziegler UK, a leading name in logistics and supply chain solutions is excited to present an exciting opportunity for an Air & Ocean Business Development Manager at our Newport location.

🚛 What You’ll Do:

As an Ocean & Air BDM, your role will be at the heart of our mission to expand and optimise our Ocean & Air operations. You will apply your sales expertise to identify new business opportunities that align with our Ocean & Air activities. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build and manage relationships with customers at all levels, while your self-motivation, negotiation skills, and ability to work as part of a dynamic team will help us achieve our goals in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Develop and execute sales strategies for Ocean & Air freight services
✔ Build relationships with shippers, forwarders, and logistics partners
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
✔ Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive industry

💼 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in Ocean & Air sales activities
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong network in the South West logistics/shipping sector
