Purpose of the position:

The IT Support and field technician provides second line IT support to the business entities of the Ziegler Group. He / She makes sure the equipment provided by the IT department functions correctly and  ensures a correct installation of pc’s, laptops and other hardware. He / She travels occasionally to the different locations of the Ziegler group. He / She gives recommendations to the line manager to improve where possible.


Key tasks:

  • 2nd line support
  • Support Windows 7 and 10 endpoints
  • Support Printers and Multi-function printers
  • Configure branch network switches & Access points
  • Support mobile devices (Iphone / Android)
  • Create and deploy Windows Images with MDT and WDS
  • Support the organization of Office moves on IT Infrastructure


Skills & Competencies:

Educational background: Bachelor degree or equivalent experiences

Professional experiences: Minimum 1 years in IT support roles.

Languages: French, Dutch and English

Professional competencies: Proven experiences in IT support

Ability to explore new technologies

Capable of working on an international team level, team player

Mobility : Travel 20%
